These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, download, installation and use of BD Translate, a WordPress plugin made for translating Breakdance websites directly inside the Breakdance builder.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating or using BD Translate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the plugin.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company providing BD Translate. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, user, website owner, agency, developer or business using the plugin.
BD Translate is a WordPress plugin built for Breakdance. The plugin allows you to add and manage manual translations for supported Breakdance elements directly inside the builder.
BD Translate may include features such as translation fields, a language switcher, language-based display control and selected support for WooCommerce, ACF or other WordPress-related use cases.
BD Translate does not automatically translate your website content. You are responsible for writing, reviewing and maintaining all translations added through the plugin.
BD Translate is offered under the following license options:
The Free Trial gives you access to BD Translate for testing purposes on 1 website. The Free Trial may include access to the same core plugin features, but may be limited by license activation, availability, support level or other restrictions shown on the website at the time of download.
We may change, limit, pause or discontinue the Free Trial at any time.
The Single Site License allows you to use BD Translate on 1 active production website.
The 3 Sites License allows you to use BD Translate on up to 3 active production websites.
The Unlimited License allows you to use BD Translate on an unlimited number of websites owned, operated or managed by you, including client websites if you are an agency, freelancer or developer.
The Unlimited License does not allow you to resell, share, sublicense, distribute or provide the plugin as a standalone product, service, download or license key to third parties.
BD Translate is sold as a one-time payment unless clearly stated otherwise on the website or checkout page.
There are no recurring subscription fees for the license plans listed above. Your payment gives you access to the plugin according to the license plan purchased.
A one-time payment does not include custom development, custom integrations, personal setup work, website maintenance, hosting, translation writing or guaranteed individual support unless this is clearly agreed separately in writing.
Where lifetime access or lifetime updates are mentioned, this means access and updates for the lifetime of the BD Translate product, as long as the product is actively maintained, offered and supported by us.
Lifetime access does not mean lifetime support for your individual website, lifetime custom development, lifetime compatibility with all third-party tools or lifetime availability if the product is discontinued.
We may stop maintaining, selling or updating BD Translate in the future. If this happens, you may continue using the latest version available to you, but we will not be required to provide further updates.
A license key may be required to activate BD Translate, receive updates or access license-restricted features.
Each license plan has a website activation limit. A “website” means one active production WordPress installation.
Development, local or staging websites may not count toward your activation limit if they are clearly used for testing or development. We reserve the right to determine whether a domain is a production website, staging website or misuse of a license.
You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. You must not publish, share, resell, transfer or distribute your license key without our permission.
If you are an agency, freelancer or developer, you may use BD Translate on client websites within the limits of your license plan.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the plugin complies with these Terms. You must not give your license key to clients unless this is necessary for the website setup and does not violate the license restrictions.
If a client requires independent ownership of the license, the client should purchase their own license.
You must not:
Resell BD Translate as a standalone plugin.
Share, publish, leak or distribute your license key.
Use one license on more websites than your plan allows.
Modify, copy or redistribute BD Translate in a way that violates applicable law.
Claim ownership of BD Translate or its branding.
Use BD Translate for illegal, harmful, abusive or misleading websites.
Attempt to bypass license activation, update restrictions or security checks.
Reverse engineer the plugin for the purpose of creating a competing product, unless permitted by applicable law.
BD Translate is built for WordPress and Breakdance. To use the plugin, you need a working WordPress installation and an active Breakdance setup.
Compatibility can depend on your WordPress version, Breakdance version, PHP version, theme, plugins, hosting environment, caching setup and custom code.
We aim to maintain compatibility with supported versions of WordPress and Breakdance, but we do not guarantee that BD Translate will work with every plugin, theme, custom field setup, WooCommerce setup, ACF setup, hosting provider or custom implementation.
You are responsible for testing BD Translate before using it on a live website.
Updates may include improvements, bug fixes, compatibility adjustments, new features, security improvements or other changes.
We may add, change or remove features over time. We are not required to keep every previous feature, integration or workflow available forever.
You are responsible for keeping WordPress, Breakdance, BD Translate and other plugins updated. We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated software, unsupported versions, third-party conflicts or custom code.
Support may be provided through email, account area, documentation or another support channel chosen by us.
Support normally covers general plugin questions, license issues and bug reports related to BD Translate.
Support does not include:
Writing your website translations.
Building your website.
Fixing unrelated WordPress, hosting or Breakdance issues.
Custom development.
Custom WooCommerce, ACF or third-party integrations.
Debugging conflicts caused by heavily customized websites.
Guaranteed response times, unless agreed separately in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse support for websites that use outdated software, modified plugin files, nulled software, illegal content or setups that are outside the intended use of BD Translate.
The Free Trial is provided so you can test BD Translate before purchasing a paid license.
The Free Trial may be limited to 1 website and may be changed or removed at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Free Trial will always be available, include all future features or include the same support level as a paid license.
All prices are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed before access to a paid license is provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying any applicable taxes, VAT, duties or transaction fees.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
BD Translate is a digital product. Once you receive access to the plugin, download the plugin, activate your license or otherwise start using the product, your purchase may be considered delivered.
Unless required by applicable law, we do not guarantee refunds for digital products after access has been provided.
Refund requests may be considered at our discretion if:
You purchased the wrong license by mistake.
You were charged incorrectly.
The plugin has a confirmed technical issue that prevents normal use, and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix.
You contact us within 14 days after purchase.
Refunds are not normally provided because:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You no longer need the plugin.
You expected automatic translation.
You expected compatibility with a specific custom setup that was not confirmed before purchase.
Your website, hosting, WordPress, Breakdance or third-party plugin setup causes a conflict.
You do not have the technical knowledge needed to use WordPress, Breakdance or BD Translate.
You purchased the plugin for a project that was cancelled.
If you sell to consumers in the EU or other regions with mandatory consumer protection rules, those rights still apply where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
However, for digital content supplied immediately, you may lose your withdrawal right once the digital product is delivered, downloaded or made available if you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this means losing your right of withdrawal.
Where required, we may ask you to confirm this during checkout before giving immediate access to BD Translate.
This section does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
BD Translate helps you manage manual translations inside Breakdance. We do not guarantee that using BD Translate will improve your traffic, SEO, conversions, rankings, sales, accessibility, compliance or business results.
You are responsible for the quality, accuracy and legality of your translated content.
You are responsible for all content added to your website, including translated text, images, links, product information, legal pages and public-facing content.
We are not responsible for translation mistakes, misleading claims, missing legal information or incorrect content created or published by you.
Before installing, updating or removing BD Translate, you should create a full backup of your website.
You are responsible for your own website backups, hosting security, maintenance and recovery.
We are not responsible for data loss, broken layouts, downtime or other issues caused by lack of backups, third-party conflicts, incorrect installation, custom code or unsupported environments.
BD Translate, including its code, design, branding, name, documentation, website content and related materials, belongs to us or our licensors.
Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the plugin according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of BD Translate to you.
You must not use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement or ownership without our written permission.
BD Translate works within the WordPress and Breakdance ecosystem. WordPress, Breakdance, WooCommerce, ACF and other third-party tools are owned and operated by their respective owners.
We are not responsible for third-party software, services, updates, pricing, bugs, downtime, compatibility changes or discontinued features.
If a third-party update affects BD Translate, we may try to provide a compatibility update, but we do not guarantee immediate or permanent compatibility with every third-party change.
Your use of BD Translate and our website may involve the processing of personal data, such as account details, billing information, license information or support requests.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own website complies with applicable privacy laws, including providing any required privacy notices, cookie notices or consent mechanisms.
You may need an account to access downloads, license keys, invoices or updates.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must contact us if you believe your account or license key has been misused.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used fraudulently, illegally or in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your license access, update access or support access if you violate these Terms.
This may include situations where you:
Share or resell your license key.
Use the plugin beyond your license limit.
Attempt to bypass license restrictions.
Use the product in connection with illegal activity.
Abuse support channels.
Distribute modified or unauthorized copies of the plugin.
If your access is terminated due to a violation, you are not entitled to a refund unless required by law.
BD Translate is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We aim to provide a reliable and useful plugin, but we do not guarantee that BD Translate will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every setup or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, business interruption, reputational damage or costs related to fixing your website.
Our total liability for any claim related to BD Translate is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
We may update, improve, modify, redesign, rename, replace or discontinue parts of BD Translate at any time.
We may also change technical requirements, supported integrations, license systems or update delivery methods.
Where possible, we will try to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt existing users, but we cannot guarantee that every previous workflow will remain unchanged forever.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of BD Translate after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide notice through the website, email, account area or plugin update notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Any disputes must be handled by the courts of Odense, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
